2003 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport

I purchased this car from a customer of mine and intended to use it for service calls but it is to small for my use. I will forward what I have been told. The car was a daily driver mostly highway miles to and from work, always reliable and runs and drives well. The radiator is new as is the upper radiator hose. These where replaced due to minor damage to grill and hood. I replaced the grill with a good used one but I will leave the hood and bumper cover to the next owner if you want to replace them. The hood closes and latches. The car drives very smooth at all speeds especially highway speeds no shaking or vibrations in wheel. This car is very tight for its age and mileage. The engine sounds great and the engine oil, filter and air filter was just replaced. The car does not seem to burn any oil and has plenty of power. The rear tires are new less than 500 Miles and the fronts have 80% left. The interior is the best part of the car extremely clean with only minor wear on drivers side rug and a slight tear in corner of drivers seat. Smells fresh and was owned by non smokers. Dashboard and all plastic is very nice and well kept. Rear compartment is also very clean. Keyless entry and includes a cargo mat and spare tire. The car drives very tight and is very responsive. The steering is tight and it brakes well. The original paperwork as well as owners manual is included. Exterior body other than hood damage and front bumper cover is decent. There are numerous small door impressions from parking lots, although the car still looks good. The rear bumper cover has a depression in drivers side which could possibly be pushed out if removed. Paint shines with a metallic flake. Air condition is cold. I ran an Autocheck report on the vehicle and it checks out. The Previous owner purchased the car in 2003 and title is clear and mileage is accurate. I am not sure why it shows that a report is not available. I ran it with no problems. A closer look at the 2015 Subaru WRX

For enthusiasts, the debut of the 2015 Subaru WRX was arguably one of the more important happenings at last week's LA Auto Show. After all, the 'Rex has been one of our perennial favorite all-weather sports cars, able to offer big thrills in any clime thanks to its turbocharged engine, manual gearbox and top-notch all-wheel-drive system.
For 2015, some big changes have been made to our favorite Subie, including the removal of the hatchback body style and availability of a continuously variable transmission. Of course, there's also the new, 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine, not to mention the completely revised styling.
Lots of talking points, for sure, so West Coast Editor Michael Harley chatted with Dominick Infante, national manager of product communications for Subaru USA, who promises us that this car will be the "best-handling WRX ever." As for that CVT, Infante assures us that it was "designed for a sports car" and that the company aims to change the minds of people (like us, admittedly) who have a hard time warming up to the idea of this transmission in a package like the WRX.

2020 Subaru Outback teased, will be all-new at the New York Auto Show

The 2020 Subaru Outback is officially confirmed for a debut at the New York International Auto Show, and Subaru says it's going to be "all-new." That's all the official information we have to go on at this point, but Subaru released a teaser photo to give us a glimpse of the tall, rugged wagon before the reveal on April 17. We can tell a few differences just from the photo here. The lower bumper surround and foglight design is more compact than the big round lights that sit down there currently. Subaru has changed the side mirror design, adding a bit of flair with chrome on this model. It's tough to tell what the headlight design will look like, but it's certainly a different shape and size than the current units that stretch back further into the fenders. There's even more black plastic cladding on the car now, too. Subaru had plenty of the stuff going up and down the Outback before, but the wheel arch molding was optional. It's unclear whether it's going to remain that way or be the only way it comes now. One small thing we noticed was the location of the "Outback" designation in the body cladding — it moved from being under the front door to under the rear door. Subaru appears to be offering a new black wheel option that we see on this car, as well. The Outback last received a significant update for the 2018 model year. That car was also revealed at NYIAS, but it was a relatively minor update compared to what's coming. We'll expect to see a lot of the same features as what was revealed in the new 2020 Legacy at the Chicago Auto Show earlier this year. That car went way upscale with its interior design, moved to Subaru's Global Platform, dropped the flat six for a turbo flat-four and features a massive 11.6-inch touchscreen. It's no surprise we're seeing the new Outback so soon after the Legacy update, as Subaru has traditionally updated the two vehicles this way.
