TERMS OF SALE

Please read this notice carefully before submitting a bid:

• -Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the auction closing, either by e-mail or telephone to confirm intent to purchase. They must give their name, address, and phone number for our records. Further, high bidders are required to send a $500 deposit via PayPal. If confirmation within 24 hours is not received this vehicle will be offered to the next qualified bidder or may be sold by any other means. All deals are to be finalized within 5 days. We will notify eBay™ on the accounts of all high bidders who do not complete the transaction.
  
• -When you bid you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, do not bid! Unqualified Bidding, Auction Interference, and any form of Harassment will be subject to legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. All bidders must be able to pay cash or have all loans pre-approved before bidding on our vehicles!
• All cars listed are available for viewing and continued demonstration testing. The odometer reading on vehicles were taken at the time of advertisement posted. Mileage may differ up to 1000 miles upon delivery due to test drives, repairs, etc.

• 1. Seller reserves the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction if the vehicle described herein is sold away from or apart from eBay™ and
• 2. Seller shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.
  
  
• -All customers are responsible for a fee of 0.002104% of the auction close price for an Inventory Tax; Documentary Fee $125.00. Out of State consumers are responsible for registering and paying applicable taxes in their home state.
  
  
• -Texas residents are responsible for the following fees: 6.25% sales tax on the completed auction price, Documentary fee $125.00, $35 title fee, 74.30 registration fee, 0.002104% of the auction close price for and Inventory Tax. These are all mandatory fees from the State of Texas and are not negotiable.
  
  
• -All bidders are encouraged to participate in our auction; however, bidders with a previous non-pay, or only negative feedback will require prior approval, or bids will be canceled (do not wait). We reserve the right to: Obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction. Cancel any and all bids at our discretion. We will not allow for bidders to cancel or retract their bids 24 hours before the auction ends. Delivery of the vehicle described above is in Houston, TX.
  
• IMPORTANT: Due to progressing immature behavior, I will require all bidders who have no feedback or only negative feed back to confirm there bids by contacting me by either e-mail or telephone. Please do not wait until the last moment, for those bids will be cancelled.
