If you are looking for a trail...

If you are looking for a trailer hitch and great customer service, this is NOT the place to go looking. Ordered a hitch and was told 3-5 business days. Called on the 3rd, 4th and 5th business day to determine where it was, as I had installation plans set for 6th day and moving plans on the 7th and 8th day after the order. Finally, on day 5, I am told the part is on back-order and may not arrive until the 10th-12th da... view morey after the order. Hurriedly called alternate suppliers to discover that there were no less than 3 local business that can have a similar hitch delivered in 48 hours, guaranteed. However, it is too little too late and I have to shift all moving plans by a wee to compensate for U-hauls lack of communication. "Upset" is stating my feelings politely for this post.
