We drove out to see a car on a Sunday. The sticker said that the car had the front bumper replaced. I called on Monday and was told that the car was in a very minor fender-bender. I asked for a carfax and was told that they did a vin check, and carfax was about a year behind so I would not find anything. I was skeptical and paid to get a carfax. It was up to the date. I found out that the car had been totaled and ha... view mored severe frame/structural damage. I am glad I checked.
