One Bad Experience

Their people seamed to be great. I felt like they really wanted to help. Unfortunately (and this might have been a fluke) I had a bad experience. I had left my car there so that they could have their transmission specialist look at it the first thing the following morning. Not only did no one look at it, but I was stuck with out my car and missed a half a day of work. Even though I called four or five times they... view more did nothing but eventually pick me up and call for a quote over the phone (instead of getting their specialist to look at it). I suspect they are better than this one experience.
