Dodge Concrete, Inc., was established in the town of Beaver Dam in 1985, consisting of the one plant and five gas engine, rear-discharge mixers. The company has seen steady growth, and it currently operates five plants and 45 state-of-the-art front-discharge mixers. The two owners are Joe Marx and Steve Lulich. Each started in the ready-mix business at the age of 16. Both are dedicated to the growth, welfare and success of the company and its employees. The prime objective of the company is to provide our customers with superior service, quality products and competitive prices, and to provide our employees with job security, competitive wages and opportunities for personal advancement through company growth.
