While I purchased my car at the Russ Darrow in West Bend, the location on 76th is right around the corner from my work, so it`s very convenient for me for maintenance. I had some body work and service work done on my car at this location and it was propbably the best experience I`ve had with an auto dealership. They were able to get me in when I wanted, and the body and service work was all preformed while I was at... view more work and my car was ready for me when I was done with work, and their shuttle picked me up. In the meantime, their communication with me from the body shop and the service department was excellent as to the status of my vehicle......I didn`t have to call them once!
