Very unprofessional, extremely rude, the manager Jon lied to my face, the mechanics are very narrow minded and don`t know basic things. This experience was not only awful, but very expensive. The front desk "guys" had ZERO knowledge making anyone feel uncomfortable to leave their vehicle there. Not only will i take this to corporate but also the BBB.

Service Sucks

These guys are the worst. There front counter help are totally clueless. They have very little automotive experience. No idea in making tire recommendation that best fit my vehicle and driving needs. Go down the street to Fast Tire. They offer a professional and knowledgable staff.
