The men that work there are very nice and do a great job. The shop is always clean, so no worries about your car getting all messed up from grease or drit. They tell you up front what the cost is and let you decide if you can afford to do all the work that is needed. They will give you a ride to where ever if you need a ride and come get you when your car is done. Not many places will do that anymore.
