My family uses Joe`s when we have car trouble from time to time. We`ve always received good service and never have problems with them, but recently, I had such a positive experience with Joe`s that I felt compelled to give them a glowing review. My vehicle had a coolant leak, so I took it into Joe`s. They were only able to find a very small leak that they didn`t think was even worth trying to fix, which is the first ... view morenotable fact here. Rather than trying to fix something unnecessarily to make a quick profit, Joe`s was open and communicative about precisely what they found and what they recommended for a solution. The mechanic also explained that the wet conditions we`ve had of late can make it difficult to track the residue from a coolant leak, and if the problem persisted, he recommended trying again in the future. I appreciated this explanation, as understandable results are acceptable results. Now, whereas most car repair services I`ve encountered would charge anywhere from $35-$70 just for looking under the hood regardless of what was done subsequently, Joe`s ended up charging me nothing for this. This caught me entirely off guard and was far above and beyond what I expected (as even if they found nothing significant, it still cost them time and resources to diagnose the problem). When people are searching for a good auto repair shop, they`re chiefly looking for a place reputable enough not to take advantage of the lack of technical knowledge most people have when it comes to their vehicles. This absolutely proved to me that Joe`s has the customer`s best interests at heart and will not set out to take advantage of them. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for auto repair in the area, and I will certainly be taking my vehicle to them in the future.
