If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. I was told my car would take 5 hours, it took 5 days..and when I picked up my vehicle, the check engine light was still on. I had to take my car in 3 times over the course of 3 weeks. During that whole time, they never called to let me know the status of my vehicle. The shop manager (Harry) is a professional shiester. He only called me about my vehicle ... view moreto ask me to come sign the $1.5k+ bill. He told me he had a "deal with a local bank to make installment payments" on the amount. So I agreed to it. However, it wasn`t a local bank, it was a credit card. So it`s not installment credit, it`s revolving credit. If I had known that, I would`ve paid it outright or put it on an existing credit card. When I expressed to the shop manager (Harry) that I was deeply dissatisfied with the service I had received, he informed me that he`s been in the business 27 years and that he`s a professional and that I just don`t understand what it`s like to be in the automotive repair industry. He spent several minutes trying to convince me that I`m unresaonable. He was unsuccessful. Harry is evasive, unprofessional, manipulative, and not a person to do business with. Avoid this place.
