I have taken my car for services and repairs a few times. The first couple of times ( C. A. ) the gentleman who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. He noted all of my concerns and had them looked at. Thank you C.A. Unfortunately my last couple of visits has not went so well. The service was not satisfactory but I was told that the problem was just how these cars are made. When the issue persisted and becam... view moree worse, I returned the car for more repairs and the service department manager / supervisor ( ? not sure what he is called R. E. ) was very condesending and rude, and the repairs were not complete. So remember all you Chevy and Hyundai fans, there are othe dealerships in the tri-state area. Shop around and review the service deptartments for maintenance care before you buy
