Not so good at the Customer Service..

I recently had to deal with the Lady that deals with the payments and she was extremely rude. Customer service is important and I would not have anyone working for me that treated the customers like that. It was a very simple bill and all I got was attitude. Just because she hates her job does not mean that she has to take it out on the customers.
