Stay the heck away from them. I just picked up a customers car from them last week. Ruggles had dummied up a service order and stated that the cars engine had been distroyed and needed to be replaced. They supposedly checked the engine for compression but what I found under the hood of their work only amounted to 15 minutes of work not the $300 that my customer was billed for. I found no engine damage and $465 wo... view morerth of parts later my customer was on her way. The vehicle is a 1998 Ford Escort with a dual camshaft engine. These engines are non interferance so I knew right away that Ruggles was commiting fraud when they stated that there was engine damage. The timeing belt upper idler had fallen apart is all. I replaced the necessary timeing components, waterpump, serpentine belt parts and valve cover gasket so the vehicle should be good till the next time the timing belt needs to be replaced. The original lasted 170000 miles

Don`t do it! I had gone in to...
Don`t do it! I had gone in to get my steering fluid pump hoses replaced and they were charging me $550 to replace $100 hoses! Not to mention they kept my only car that I use for work for 3 days. In the end, I was left with a half-fixed car and $300 short!
