Great Help on a Bad Day

I had the most unfortunate luck as to get into an accident. I chose to use Jim`s Towing on this ill-fated day and could not have made a better choice. They responded so quickly and the tow truck driver was so helpful, I didn`t know where to begin when it came to my insurance, should my car go to a body shop? Was it totalled? He was able to give me the advice I needed, and trust me, after that accident it was very muc... view moreh needed.
