My family and I were leaving the camp grounds at Lake Wenatchee pulling a 18` travel trailer when our ML430 Mercedes broke down. We were about 20 miles from Leavenworth, WA. We made it to the local gas station and called Leavenworth Auto Care for a tow. In addition to my wife and I, we had two small children and two teenagers with us. Unfortunately, the tow truck only could hold an additional three people (safely), s... view moreo Tom (the tow truck driver and mechanic) had his wife come out in her car (on her personal time) to help bring us back to Leavenworth. They also offered to shuttle us back and forth from the Leavenworth Auto Care (~5 miles out of town) to Leavenworth to get items from our Car/Trailer if we needed them. Tom did a great job of diagnosing the issue and fixing our car with in 24 hrs (even though Mercedes can be very difficult to figure out the issue and find parts). They also stored our trailer on site while they worked on the car (for no additional cost). My overall experience was great. Everyone at the garage was friendly and wanted to help out. They went the extra mile to make an unpleasant experience a better.
