Very Professional

The owner returned all of my calls, which was great and extremely professional. Then he agreed to do a job for me, and we agreed upon the meeting place where he would pick up my item, and he showed up right on time. In addition, he responded quickly to all of my calls. If one word comes to mind while thinking of the service that Eidem`s Custom Upholstery provided, it is `professional`.

Unprofessional.

The owner neglected to return several calls, which he chalked up to losing my number. Then he agreed to do a job for me, and we agreed upon the meeting place where he would pick up my item, and he never showed or called. He also never responded to my calls.
