Awful Customer Service

I was in from out of town and called to have my car towed to the local service shop after it would not start. I specifically requested a flat bed because I have a sports car that sits low to the ground. The man who towed it pulled it onto the bed from the back and scraped the lower front bumper across the pavement for about 10 seconds before adjusting the bed so it would not touch. Afterward, I pointed the scraped pa... view moreint and hanging plastic out to him and he claimed it could not have been him who caused the damage and told me to call his company with a complaint. I did, and the lady I spoke with was very nice and said there would be no problem having it fixed, just to have the service shop give them the estimate. The owner of the towing company, Rick, then called me and said he was on his way to the shop to take a look at the damage. He called me back refusing to fix it after his representative had promised the service. He claimed that the car had been pulled on the bed the opposite way (front first)and it was not possible his service man had caused the damage. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
