Called because my car didn`t start. Had to wait 4 days for an appointment. They set the time (9:30 am). I waited for over on hour but the mechanic never showed up, nor did I recieve a phone call. When I called they said they don`t make definite appointments. They said my appointment was for that day but not a certain time. Why set a time at all then? They should just say wait around your broken car all day and we mig... view moreht show up. The woman who works the phone treated me like I was putting her out from the momment I called. I have no idea how this place stays in business. They really act like they don`t wan`t your business from the very start.
