Don`t take your car there!!!! Bad service!!!
I took my car to Firestone to get my brakes checked out because of the grinding sound. The manager,Ayanie, inspected my brakes and said my front and back brakes were out and I needed new calipers. I was concerned since my vehicle is only a year old. I told him to call the warranty company and let them know. I rented a car and 2 days later they called me and said my cl... view moreaim was denied. I was pissed. I called the warranty company and they said my calipers were fine. I contacted the manager again and he said they will not release my car unless I replace the calipers. So, I had it towed to the dealer. The dealer stated it was my pads and some other minor repairs needed not the calipers. Firestone cost me 1 day of wages, 2 days of a rental, a tkow and extra stress for nothing. I hate this place and will sue in small claims court.
