You walk in the door and everyone is so nice and helpful. They have a cork board with thank you cards from churches and neighbors and family pictures everywhere. It is all a show! they act all nice like they are getting you a great deal and shopping around. when i got my truck back there were $500 worth of charges for fixes that were not discussed nor needed to be fixed. and what they did do was way overpriced. a wee... view morek later, 3 lug nuts BROKE off one tire because they didn`t tighten it up all the way. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!
