Extremely Poor Service

Phillips Volvo, now Freedom Volvo, offers the worst service we`ve experienced from any car dealership (have owned multiple Volvos and a Mercedes). Service is never completed by the promised day/time, we have made multiple appts that require parts and have arrived at the dealership only to be told parts were unavail (with no prior call). Most recently, we made an appt 3-4 wks in advance for tire replacement and alig... view morenment, called the day before to verify everything was readly for the appt, and the tire was never ordered (we were living out of state and drove to VA specifically for that appt). We would not purchase a car from this dealer based on poor service practices, and are actively looking for another dealer to service our cars.
