Poor customer service

We brought a phone in for a broken screen and it came back with three new problems and they tried to charge us for all of those repairs. The phone belonged to a minor and they told us that the minor was their customer and we, as the adults, needed to leave. Their work is sketchy, their customer service is horrible, and they still charged us despite the warranty they gave us.
