Broke My Dash

Took my car in to get an inspection and left with a broken dashboard. The manager was very nice and understanding and found someone to fix it at the companies expense, but they still BROKE MY DASH. Took my car back to get my tires rotated because I was impressed with the customer service. Once again my car went in with new matching lug nuts and came out with mismatched rusty nuts. How hard is it to take one set of nu... view morets off, and then put them back on. The manager is cool, but everyone working under him is legally retarded.
