A good auto repair shop

I wrote this review in 2011, and it is still true today in May of 2012. I just got our family minivan back from them today. Werking Automotive is a good repair shop. They do excellent work at a good price. Sometimes it takes them two days on more complicated repairs, if they have to get parts. You do often have to call them to see how things are going, but the work is very good and the prices are reasonable.

Family owned operation. They will do what they need to to meet commitments. Fair pricing and good work. Reasonable pricing.

Buyer Beware

Get a written estimate in advance of all work. Otherwise, you will also pay 25% more than quoted on the phone

You would be safer taking your car somewhere else!

They also run a towing company, but act as though they are separate companies. They get you on both ends.
