We went here because they were...

We went here because they were one of two approved shops we could use by our insurance company. Unfortunately, they were anything but professional. 1) they told us the car had to wait 10 days before they could take it in so they could order parts 2) they told us the car would be done in 10 days after we dropped it off, but they called us 14 days later saying they did not have parts that they were already supposed to ... view morehave ordered, 3) we went to pick up the car the 1st time but the paint was all pitted and just painted over, not done at all like anyone would want it to be, 4) they took the car back in for another 10 days and told us it was ready again, when we went to pick it up the door was not lined up, the door skin had been cut and was jagged, chip in the clear coat 5) they took it back in for another 10 days, still not done 6) they took it back in after 60 days it was done. 7) they left the old tires they replaced in the trunk for us to find two days later. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.
