Poor Customer Service & Rip Off

I didn`t even want to give this place 1 star. They are rude and a rip off. They said they could align my car. But in actuality they were going to charge me for something they cannot perform. I can only have my car aligned through my dealership due to my car model. But they wouldn`t tell me that and would have charged me for something that they couldn`t do. Go here if you like a good rip off. I asked for new tired a... view morend for the old ones I be rotated. Lets just say I paid for a service I didn`t receive. I took my car to the Kramer shop on George Washington HWY where they fixed everything for free due to the mess.
