Do NOT go here!!

I took in my car for a very simple repair, replacing the drivers side door handle. I already had the part and even provides the bolts needed. All they had to do was replace the door handle. They have terrible customer service. They wrote down my phone number wrong.... This was supposed to be a one hour repair I called them over two hours later and they said my car was ready they just wrote down the wrong phone number... view more. When I went to pick up the car it looked terrible. The door handle was not flush with the door and there was a big gap. They also asked me if there were problems with my locks. I said no there have been no issues with my car key hole and locks. I paid in cash and they gave me no receipt. When I went to pay he asked me, how much is this supposed to be again? They don`t write up any bill or proof of payment. When I got home I discovered my automatic locks were totally messed up and my car alarm now goes off when I try to open the drivers side door. This was the worst experience I have had. Now this one hour repair has turned into a nightmare and I will have to bring my car back tomorrow and demand a refund or either have them repair the locks and apparent electrical damage that has been done. Terrible Terrible place will not recommend to anyone!!!

Best service!

My 2000 Beetle had driver side door issues. Never had an auto door want to fall off before.... I took it to Unique on a recommendation; it was fixed quickly AND the tech reinforced the door so it won`t happen again. Better than new. Great service--and fair prices. I give this business a complete five star rating, and recommend them to anyone seeking good work and honest business practices.
