NOT A WOMAN FRIENDLY PLACE.

Today my engine light came on. Remembering the advertisements about how new and improved O`Riley is going to be, I stopped in to have them do what they advertise they will do. ""If the engine light comes in stop on in and let us help..""
HA what a joke. After patiently waiting in line while 3 employees chat it up with the good ole boys someone finally asked if I needed help. I tell them my engine light is on an... view mored could they do the ""engine light check"" ..
Dave comes over and says "" I need to take care of something else first."" Goes back to chatting with the boys. Dave comes back and hands me a ""thing"" and say follow the instructions.
I say what instructions?
He says it plugs in under the car.
I say where under the car.
He says under the dash board and follow instructions.
Good ole boys laugh

I go to this store thinking I would be helped by a professional. Thanks a lot guys I appreciate your help.. NOT !!!
If you are a woman and want to be humiliated and embarrassed visit this store.
IF you expect to be shown basic courtesy and have at least the minimum amount of customer service find some place else, ANY PLACE else.
If I knew what was wrong with my car or if I knew how to use one of your tools would I have been in your store in the first place? Would I ask you for help if I could do it myself? I`m glad you all had a good laugh.
