Car Time is BAD BUSINESS dont go there!

Do NOT go here!! I went here because all the other nearby shops were too busy, now I see why! First of all it took them 3 tries to NOT fix my car (ended up taking it somewhere else, where they fixed it right the first time and were much more polite and explained better what was going on.) Secondly, The owner did not apologize, but only made excuses, also, the workers were constantly not showing up and calling in... view more sick and complaining in front of me, the customer, about having to work on my car. Thirdly, they said they used new parts, but it was confirmed by the next place I took it that they did not, even though I asked him bluntly and he told me to my face he used new parts. And Fourthly,... They did not keep my old parts for me, which is illegal and when I asked him about it, he hung up on me. Shady, unprofessional, rude and sloppy. You are worth more, choose any one of the 3 better car repair shops nearby.

Gregory Falkin has been taking car of all of my vehicles for the last 20 years -- at Car Time 281-495-5900 his work is fair priced and he always does what he says he`ll do i would highly recommend his shop...
