I had an alignment done to my vehicle a day before I drove back to CO. Unfortunatly they had removed all four tires which is understandable for an alignment. What I dont understand is why they DID NOT use the proper tool to remove the damn lug nuts. What ever tool used to remove the nuts was to damn tight. Using an impact wrench or some sort they went ahead and removed it. Now on every rim, every lug nut there are sc... view moreratches. 95% of scratches are really noticeable. Didnt notice until I had returned home and washed the car today. If I was still there I would have sued for new damn rims. I had to leave 1 star cause it is required. If not hell I give -5 star
