Once again Erick Auto Center does exactly what you want from an automotive service. Quick, affordable and it was fixed RIGHT the first time. Refuse to answer phones

Before you waste your time here, trying calling them. They do not answer the phone. You cannot get updates or schedule service. The person I spoke to in the office was rude and condescending. I had to take my car to a different mechanic to properly fix my vehicle.

Their # is 713-523-6194. See if they answer, then drive by and you`ll find 3 employees sitting around talking or texting on their cell phones and i... view moregnoring their business phone.

I also had one of their mechanics tell me I needed new brakes and rotors even though they were just replaced the month before. Don`t waste any of your time and money there. They are unprofessional, incompetent and rude. They will also try to rip you off if you are not familiar with car repair.

Exceptional Service

I was having major car problems and took the car to several places to get estimates. Most of the estimates were incredibly high. Since Erick`s Auto Center was relatively close to my house I decided to give them a try. I found them to be helpful, cooperative and refreshingly honest. Good once - no more

Very bad work recently; bad follow-up. Don`t answer phone. They used to be quite good - seems have too much work now to give good customer service.
