My daughter is attending Texas Tech and is quite a way from home. Her truck would not start and she had it towed to Scott`s. They said there was nothing wrong with it so she walked to go get it. Not a mile later the check engine light came on. She took it back and they said it needed a tune up. She told them to check and make sure if anything else was wrong so that she wouldn`t be stranded again. Take your time she t... view moreold them. Nothing else wrong they said. She had trouble again immediately. She suspected the heater core was out. I talked to the people that previously had the truck and they admitted they knew the heater core was bad. This means that unless their computer tells them something is wrong they can not figure it out themselves even if it is something obvious. I plan on warning other parents at the Texas Tech parent association not to take their cars to Scott`s

My experience at Scott`s was great. Quicka and thorough service is always a plus. My family has been taking our vehicles for years. I would definately recommend this shop!

They overcharged me by 3x. I h...

They overcharged me by 3x. I had to take it back 4x to get it right. Found a wrench in the fan someone left behind causing more problems. they were careless, rude, immature. tried to rip me off and assumed i knew nothing about cars. they lied, cheated, and stole from me. I will never go back. WARNING!!!! Do not ever go here! It is a rip off and they are rude, rude, rude. scum off the earth.
