Being a woman, and having no knowledge about my car, I feel as though I am taken advantage of practically every time I take my car in for work. I was told about Williams Brake Tune & Tire about two years ago. I have been there three times now. They have taken great care of me. They are honest, and have done the work for the quoted price. I tell all my friends to go there, and they are all glad that they do.

This place had my business and...

This place had my business and customer for 20 years but never again. Perhaps they grew too fast or became greedy, but it seems to me that their ethics went down the drain as they betrayed all customer loyalty. They have plenty of excuses for sub-standard repairs instead of tending to business and making mistakes right as they once did. EXCELLENT service and nice people

I have been ripped off at other places in lubbock. I started going here and they are the nicest people to work with and will keep you informed on the repairs of your cars. It is locally owned and the owner is really friendly... I would recommend that anyone that needs car work or even just an oil change go here!! -
