Called in about getting my bra...

Called in about getting my brakes done on my Audi. Same experience as KatyMar - received a quote from the dealership that was 200 less than Craig`s quote. Told him the dealership quote and he said "let them do it" and immediately hung up on me... terrible customer service. Sad thing is I would have preferred to take it there and not have to drive into the dealership for a couple hundred dollars. Just lost a... view more potential customer.

Questionable. Poor Customer Service

Brought my MB for a service quote. Gave me an estimate which turned out higher than the dealership. When I told the difference the service manager got irritated and hanged up the phone. Very poor customer service
