Don`t waste your time here

I called them at abt 5 pm asking abt the State Inspection. They told me that they close at 7pm and as long as I was there before that time, they would be more than happy to do it. I called them at 6:25 pm telling that I will be there in abt 5 minutes. Reached there at 6:42pm because of the traffic. I was told that I am late and they won`t be able to do it the same day.
