My wife was traveling to Houston and our Jeep slung its belts leaving her stranded on a Saturday. We live over three hours away, but I found this Firestone on the web near the gas station she was at. After a brief discussion with the store, the Firestone folks took care of getting her towed and getting the car fixed. Probably the biggest compliment I can make is that for a stressful situation, they made the proces... view mores easy.
For tires, batteries, oil changes, and basic auto repairs, I give Firestone a thumbs up.
