I recently purchased a set of windshield wiper blades for my van. One package didn`t have the adapter needed to make it fit the wiper arm.
I went in to the store the next day to explain what I needed. Two employees, Damon & Richard, went to great lengths to take care of me. They had to do some research, try various adapter parts, and adjust one of the wiper arm hooks.
