very professional job

I don`t know about the towing, but I took my car for a repair and I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. One of the staff member addressed all my concerns and went to a drive with me to check the car`s problems. This is something you don`t see very often. The estimate was accurate and given right after the test drive. Service was well done and car delivered at timely fashion. This is exactly what I expe... view morect from a car mechanic shop.

I got a flat tire, and when we...

I got a flat tire, and when west towing put my car on the truck they dragged the bumper on the ground which tore it off. When I called the company to explain the damage the driver told them it was that way when he got there. The company was rude and didn`t take responsibility for the damage AT ALL. DO NOT USE WEST TOWING!! They have inexperienced drivers and you could end up losing $1,200 to fix their mistake!
