He tried to overcharge me $500 but my insurance caught him and made him lower his price. He was even charging more than the dealership in town. He also has very bad customer service. I called on the Friday it was supposed to be ready and some guy who didn`t even work there answered the phone. He said it wasn`t ready and they would call when they were about finished. I asked him if he had any idea of when it ... view moremight be finished since it was our only vehicle. He said he didn`t know and that they would call me when it was about done. The following Monday they called 45 minutes before they closed telling me it was ready. We live 35 minutes away. I got ready and we took off. About 20 before closing time, my wife called them when we were 15 minutes away telling him when we would be there. He said,&quot;We won`t be here.&quot; She basically had to beg him to stay till there normal closing time! I would think when a customer is spending $2500, you would be willing to wait until normal closing time so they can get their vehicle. From the time he went off about some college professor about a topic that had nothing to do with my truck repairs, I felt this guy was going to be a problem and he was. To the simple question: Would I go back to this guy again? NO!
