Not a satisfied at all!!

I called ahead to ask are you open today (Sunday) - yes. Do you do details - yes. Do you shampoo seats - yes. I said I`m on my way. I arrived 45 minutes to an hour later to be told we are booked on details. After talking with three argumentative people they finally decided they could do what I thought was a mini detail and shampoo the front seats. I spent $40.94 and after spending 10 minutes wiping down water spots ... view moreand ashes from the interior - door handles, door pockets, rocker-panel covers and console I went inside to politely complaint. Manager Mike was called to the issue and came around the corner to talk with me with both guns drawn. He argued irrelevant points rather than ever offering to satisfy an unhappy customer. His only offer was " I`m not going to refund any money." I said that`s good because I didn`t ask for any money back. " I would think you would want my return business". Obviously not - because Mike did NOTHING. I will not go back and I "will" tell all my friends the same. I have given one star because ...

I have given one star because I cannot give zero stars. My convertible top was destroyed by this car wash. When reported to the manager he yelled at me and told me about all the other things his car wash had broken off of vehicles and how he was unwilling to fix anything that broke while in his companies posession for anyone. Not just convertibles but he told me how his shop had broken off door handles, interiors,... view more etc. If you value your vehicle I strongly recommend staying away from this facility.

Good job cleaning car - good prices

They always do a good job cleaning my car and have good prices. Can get busy at times.
