hard guy to talk to
I called these guys up to get a pre purchase inspection for a friends car. The guy who answered the phone was just plain arrogant and hard to talk to about it. He seemed like I was annoying him. I was trying to get a favor done for a friend but I guess I will have to take it somewhere else.
