STAY AWAY!!!!

I was looking at a 2001 Montana, and when my wife and I drove it, it shook badly, and pulled to the right. Obviously in need of an alignment and possibly tires. Then when I take the van to my mechanic to look at it, the gas gauge is on E, the low fuel light is on, and as I drive farther, the gauge goes up to F. My mechanic doesn`t even look under the hood to do the hour and a half long check, because the driver`s sid... view moree brake light is out, and the AC compressor is going out. He said, don`t buy it. I take the van back, tell the owner what`s wrong, and he said, it`s just a bulb, I can replace that.......WHY DIDN`T YOU BEFORE YOU PUT IT OUT FOR SALE?
