Terrible service! We got a new...

Terrible service! We got a new battery from them because our car wouldn`t start. They checked the alternator and the battery and said the alternator was fine but the battery needed to be replaced. Less than 24 hours later the car wouldn`t start again. We took it into a shop to have the starter checked but they couldn`t even run the test because the battery wasn`t charged. They ran a battery test and it came back as b... view moreelow industry standards. They jumped the car for us and we went back to AutoZone to ask for a new battery. They were extremely rude to us, spoke to us like we were complete idiots, wouldn`t run the test in front of us until I said that was necessary, and the kicker...made us take out and put in the battery ourselves! Seriously?! I did not appreciate at all the way they treated us and I had to make it very clear to them that we would never be doing business with them again.

I went to this AutoZone for b...

I went to this AutoZone for buy new battery and they did not have my size battery.When I returned to my car , my car won`t start so I back inside the store and asked help me out but nobody help ! They said that we don`t have a jumper cable so you have to ask to somebody. I called my road service and they help me out. This AutoZone has no costmer service.
