This company is just a bunch of code readers. If the computer doesn`t tell them where the problem is you can forget it. Our FLT. , n-14 engine has a problem and after several times of these guys checking the codes, the services manager just told us to take it somewhere else. Therefore anyone using these folks should just take the services advisers words and " just take it some where else" .
