Left with a bad taste in my mouth. Was looking to help my daughter buy a car, but we left there in disgust. I don`t understand how they stay in business while treated customers so poorly. Maybe it was just a bad day?

oh the headache

for the last 3 years i have had my lease car in every 6 weeks. they have lost it, (meaning someone else was out driving my car) never have the parts and that includes tires and have to keep it for 3-5 days, never have a loaner and treat you like the gum all over the sidewalk outside the doors. i would rather be run over by a bus than ever run into advantage. thanks bmw for the ultimate driving hell!
