When my boss backed into the side of my car, their insurance company sent me a check after making me get an independent appraisal. However, the insurance company forgot or just plain didn`t send me the appraisal document and I didn`t think about Mark needing it to go off of because the insurance company just said to take my car anywhere I want to. When mark got the work on my car done (without the appraiser`s assessment due to the miscommunication) I ended up owing about $300 bucks more than what the appraiser said I would. Unfortunately the appraiser would not allow the insurance company to pay Mark for the rest of the repair to my car. They do great work, and Mark is one of the few people in that business I actually trust!
