Bad experience with this company

I purchased a vehicle from this company and was told by the salesman that there was a factory warranty for up to 100,000 miles that covered the the entire drive train. When I started having problems with the vehicle I called the salesman and after several months of getting the runaround I finally filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. They contacted the dealership and after many weeks they finally got a repl... view morey from them. The dealership advised the BBB that they had not been getting the emails sent to them. The BBB can`t force the dealer to repair the vehicle but they will keep the report on file for three years. The dealership will not repair my vehicle and it would cost them less than $500.00 to do it, however once they get your money they will noyt stand behind their word. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know. If you are looking to buy a vehicle my suggestion to you would be to look elsewhere and stay far away from Mike Craig Ford-Mercury. I am a disabled veteran and a senior citizen and I don`t have that kind of money laying around to repair the vehicle. I was totally taken advantage of and would hate to see anyone else victimized by this company.
