Wonderful Customer Service

While in downtown Dallas for a convention, my car was broken into by smashing in a window. I found it on Saturday morning. After dealing with police I notified my insurance company and they contacted another glass company who assured me and State Farm that the window would be repaired within a few hours this was at 8:30am. At 3:45pm they called to inform me that they would not be coming until Monday! That was not... view more an option as I was schedule to drive back home to Florida on Sunday. I found Accent Auto Glass on the internet and had State Farm contact them. Steven took my info and told me that he would have it taken care of that day or by 9am on Sunday morning as his technician had already left for the day. He was true to his word. At 4:38pm I received a text stating his technician, George would be at my location within 20 minutes. AND HE WAS!!!! George was very professional. He worked very quickly and even vacuumed glass out of the tiniest crack and cranny of the car. I cannot thank Accent enough. Steven and George ROCK!!!
