I was devasted after seeing the work I just wanted to cry!

I have a son who is an Army Soldier he is currently serving in Iraq will be home very soon. He sent me money to paint his bumbers the same color of his car and I thought Mr. Elman would do an excellent job cause he was very well recommended to me by another buisness owner. Well they chipped the paint on one side there is what looks like clear coat paint caked up on the edge beaded up. and now I don`t know what to do ... view moreI`m very sad and disappointed. Mr. Elman said we could fix it ourself with a repair kit.I would not recommend his work to anyone!
